(Half day workshop). In this workshop you will learn to decorate cupcakes with a variety of attractive techniques: swirl, swirled rose, piped rose, hydrangea, grass, and leaves, and make fondant flowers and a fondant animal. We will cover how to make buttercream icing of the perfect consistency for piping, and how to colour it to give single and two-tone flowers. You will take home six decorated cupcakes in a box. All materials and equipment will be provided.
The workshop also includes refreshments (tea, coffee and homemade cake).
